Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes will not be part of Bravo's upcoming reality series focused on the wives and girlfriends of the Kansas City Chiefs.
According to an exclusive source for PEOPLE, "Taylor and Brittany are not involved in the show at all and will not be filmed." The source emphasized that Swift is particularly protective of her remaining private life. “She enjoys the company of the ladies she’s met but will not participate in Bravo's storyline,” the insider shared.
Bravo is currently filming the reality show, which aims to highlight the lives of the Super Bowl-winning team's WAGs. While the cast list is still in development, potential participants include Mecole Hardman Jr.’s fiancée, Chariah Gordon, and Sheawna Weathersby, who shares two children with defensive tackle Chris Jones.
“There’s still a lot to figure out regarding the final cast and whether there's enough content for a full series. It’s very much a work in progress,” the source added.
PEOPLE also reported that the pilot was filmed during the NFL offseason, featuring minor appearances from Chiefs players. The focus will primarily be on Chariah and Sheawna and their circle of friends, who understand the challenges of being partners to dedicated athletes.
Hardman Jr. and Gordon got engaged in June 2024 after three years of dating, while Jones and Weathersby have kept their relationship private since November 2015. They welcomed their first child, Christopher (nicknamed Deuce), in 2018 and another son, Carson, in 2022.
Gordon and Hardman made headlines last year when their son, Three, was born on Super Bowl Sunday—just as Hardman was preparing to play in the game, which the Chiefs won.
Brittany Mahomes is currently expecting her third child with husband Patrick Mahomes. They are already parents to daughter Sterling Skye and son Patrick "Bronze" Lavon.
Although Swift won’t be appearing on the new Bravo show, she recently enjoyed time with the WAGs at the Chiefs’ game against the Cincinnati Bengals on September 15.
